1. Overview
PicCalendar is a personal calendar application developed by YD Apps. It can let users personalize calendar months with selected photos, captions, events, notes, and holiday information.
2. Photos and media
Where supported, PicCalendar uses Android's system photo-selection mechanisms so you can choose specific images for the app. The app does not need broad gallery access solely to let you select a monthly photo. Selected photo references and related display settings may be stored locally on your device so PicCalendar can show them again.
3. Calendar data, notes, and captions
Personal calendar content such as captions, notes, event details, photo positioning, and other app preferences may be stored locally on your device. PicCalendar does not require an account for its core local calendar features.
4. National holiday data
If the production version uses an online public-holiday provider, PicCalendar may make network requests using information such as a selected country code and year to retrieve holiday data. Cached holiday data may be stored locally to improve offline availability and performance.
5. Advertising
If the production version displays advertising, it may use Google Mobile Ads / AdMob. Advertising services may process information according to Google's policies and the consent choices available in your region. PicCalendar should request ads only in accordance with the consent state and applicable platform requirements implemented in the app.
6. Purchases
If PicCalendar offers a one-time Remove Ads purchase, payments are processed by Google Play. PicCalendar does not receive your full payment-card information. Purchase-entitlement information may be queried through Google Play Billing so the app can determine whether advertising should be disabled.
7. Permissions
PicCalendar aims to request only permissions needed for enabled features. Exact permissions can vary by Android version and production feature set.
8. Third-party services
The production app may use third-party services such as Google Play Billing, Google Mobile Ads, Google's consent tooling, and a holiday-data provider. Their own terms and privacy practices may apply.
9. Data retention
Locally stored PicCalendar data generally remains on the device until it is changed, deleted, the app data is cleared, or the app is uninstalled, subject to Android backup and device behavior where applicable.
10. Children's privacy
PicCalendar is not designed to knowingly collect personal information directly from children through an account system. Any final age-related statements should be reviewed against the released app, advertising configuration, and Play Console declarations.
11. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when PicCalendar features, services, SDKs, or legal requirements change. The current version will be published on this page.
